2. General provisions

User data

6. Registration Of Order

7. Payment Order

7.1 Price Of The Goods

7.1.1. The price of the Goods is determined by the Sellers and indicated in the product card.

7.2 Cost of Goods Delivery Services

7.2.1 Cost of delivery services Bisery is determined in accordance with the tariffs of logistics companies affiliated with Bisery, based on the weight of the Goods, region, method of delivery, payment method, and indicated when placing the Order for The trading floor. 7.3.4 Payment using a bank card

7.3.4.1 The consumer, choosing the order payment method using a bank card, directs Bisery order for payment from the account.

7.3.4.2 Debit of cash

8. Delivery Order

8.1 Bisery provides services for the organization of the delivery of Goods, through affiliate logistics companies.

8.2 Ownership of the ordered Products shall transfer to the Consumer upon actual delivery of the Products. The risk of accidental loss or damage to the Products shall transfer to the Consumer upon actual delivery of the Products.

8.3 Delivery time

8.3.1 Delivery of the Goods to the Consumer is carried out under the conditions set out in the Offer within the time period automatically determined by the Trading Platform system when placing the Order.

8.3 Cancellation of the Order

8.3.1 If the Consumer, after delivery of the Goods to the place specified by him, does not pick up the Order within the storage period specified in the Personal Account, Bisery has the right to cancel the Order without further informing the Consumer.

8.3.2 Bisery reserves the right to deduct the cost of return shipping for Products returned by the Consumer from a cancelled Order. By confirming the Order, the Consumer agrees to these terms.

8.4 Refusal to deliver

8.4.1 Delivery of the Goods may be refused in the absence of prepayment for the Goods, when such a form of payment was agreed upon when placing the Order.

8.5 Place of delivery of the Goods

8.5.1 The Goods will be delivered to the Consumer at the location specified by the Consumer when placing the Order on the Marketplace. The Consumer may specify one of the following addresses as the delivery location:

- the address of the Order Pick-up Point selected by the Consumer when placing the Order by one of the affiliated logistics companies;

- another address, in which case the Goods will be delivered "to the door".

8.5.2 The User may allow the use of geolocation data on the device when selecting a delivery location for the convenience of choosing a delivery location, and may also independently specify the delivery location and refuse the use of geolocation data at any time in the device settings.

8.5.3 Delivery of Goods to the Order Pick-up Point of the affiliated logistics company selected by the Consumer when placing the Order

8.5.3.1 The Consumer is advised to open the packaging of the Product and check the Product for integrity, absence of defects and correct packaging at the time of receipt of the Product by the Consumer in the presence of an employee of the Order Pickup Point, without leaving the customer area or entering the fitting room.

8.5.3.2 After opening the packaging and checking the Goods in the presence of an employee of the Order Pick-up Point, the Consumer has the right to try on the Goods.

8.5.3.3 Goods received at the Order Pickup Point are stored there until the predetermined date specified in the Personal Account. The Consumer is considered informed of the Goods' storage period when this information is displayed in the Personal Account.

8.5.4 Door-to-door delivery

8.5.4.1 The Consumer is advised to open the packaging of the Goods and check the Goods for integrity, absence of defects and correct packaging at the time of receipt of the Goods by the Consumer in the presence of a delivery service employee, with the exception of the delivery of large-sized Goods.

8.5.4.2 After opening the packaging and checking the Goods in the presence of a delivery service employee, the Consumer has the right to try on the Goods.

8.5.4.3 The Consumer understands and agrees that his telephone number, as well as comments left on the Order for Goods when selecting the "door-to-door" delivery location, may be transferred to the delivery service employee for the purpose of delivering the Goods or to the Seller for the purpose of delivering the Goods if delivery is carried out by the Seller.

8.6 Receiving an Order

8.6.1 To issue an Order, the Order Pickup Point employee or delivery service employee will request the Order pickup code from the Consumer, which is reflected in the Consumer's Personal Account. If the Consumer fails to present the specified code, the Goods will be denied.

8.7 Delivery of large-sized Goods

8.7.1 Delivery of large-sized Goods is carried out under general conditions, with the exception of special conditions specified in the clauses of this Offer.

8.7.2 Delivery of large-sized Goods is carried out by an engaged third party, who is not the Seller of the Goods or Bisery, in connection with which, when large-sized Goods are delivered "to the door", the Consumer inspects only the external condition of the consumer packaging of the Goods.

8.7.3 Inspection of large-sized Goods in the presence of a delivery service employee upon receipt is not available and is carried out by the Consumer independently after receiving the Goods.

8.8 Pickup from the Seller's Store

8.8.1 Pick-up is carried out from the Seller’s Store.

8.8.2 When placing an Order, the Consumer is informed of the Order's storage period at the Seller's Store. To receive the Order, the Consumer must provide (present) the Seller's Store employee with the Order pickup code, which is reflected in the Consumer's Personal Account. If the Consumer fails to provide the specified code, the Order will be denied.

8.8.3 The Consumer understands and agrees that when picking up from the Seller's Store, the method of contacting him (mobile data, telephone number, email) and name may be provided to the Seller to clarify the status of the reservation of the Product, subsequent identification and further delivery of the Product to the Consumer.


9. Cancellation and return of the Order by the Consumer

9.1 Cancellation of an Order before delivery is completed

9.1.1 The Consumer has the right to refuse the Goods and their delivery, through the functionality of the Personal Account, before the Goods are transferred for delivery (before the start of the assembly of the Goods, or before the expiration of 60 minutes from the moment the Order is placed, depending on which event occurs first).

9.2 Refusal of Goods of Good Quality upon receipt

9.2.1 The Consumer has the right to refuse the Goods at the Order Pick-up Point if the Goods have not left the Order Pick-up Point, or in the case of door-to-door delivery, within 20 minutes after the arrival of the delivery service employee with the Goods.

9.3 Return of Goods of Good quality after receipt

9.3.1 Goods are accepted for return only if they are complete, with all packaging and stickers, and in unworn/unused condition.

9.3.2 After receiving the Order, the Consumer has the right to return the Goods of proper quality within 14 days (unless otherwise agreed upon when placing the Order) to any Order Pick-up Point or hand them over to a delivery service employee who has arrived at the address specified by the Consumer.

9.3.3 The date of return of the Goods is the day the Consumer returns the Goods to the Order Pick-up Points or the day the Goods are returned to the delivery service employee.

9.3.4 The service of returning the Goods to a delivery service employee is available for settlements where door-to-door delivery is carried out.

9.3.5 The Consumer may hand over to the delivery service employee for return no more than 10 Products per day.

9.3.6 There is no limit on the number of Products that can be returned to Pickup Points. Products received via a Parcel Locker can be returned to the Pickup Point whose address is specified in the "Purchases" section of your Personal Account.

9.4 Return (refusal) of Goods of proper quality, the Seller of which is Bisery

9.4.1 Funds equal to the value of the Goods of proper quality will be returned to the Consumer within 10 (ten) days from the date of the Consumer's return of the Goods or the date of the Consumer's rejection of the Goods, excluding Bisery's costs for return shipping of the Goods from the Consumer. Refunds will be credited to the Consumer's bank card.

9.4.2 When returning (refusing) several units of the Product, Bisery's costs for the return transportation of Goods of proper quality from the Consumer are determined for each unit of the Product, including in the case of a one-time return to the Order Pickup Point or to a delivery service employee or the refusal of several units of the Product due to the expiration of the storage period for the Product at the Order Pickup Point or their failure to receive them on the day of delivery "to the door".

9.4.3 Bisery's return shipping costs for Goods of proper quality are determined in advance and notified to the Consumer in their Personal Account when placing an Order. By confirming the Order, the Consumer agrees to these terms of return (rejection) of the Goods.

9.5 Return (refusal) of Goods of proper quality, the Seller of which is not Bisery

9.5.1 By returning a Product of proper quality or refusing a Product of proper quality, the Consumer enters into an agreement with Bisery for the provision of a service for the delivery of the Product back to the Seller of the Product or to the Bisery warehouse.

9.5.2 The cost of Bisery's service for delivery of quality Products to the Seller or to the Bisery warehouse is determined in advance, and the Consumer is notified of this in their Personal Account when placing an Order. By confirming the Order, the Consumer agrees to these terms of return (rejection) of the Product.

9.5.3 Funds equal to the cost of the Goods of proper quality will be returned to the Consumer within 10 (ten) days from the date of the Consumer's return or rejection of the Goods, excluding the cost of Bisery's service for returning Goods of proper quality to the Seller or to the Bisery warehouse. Refunds will be credited to the Consumer's bank card.

9.5.4 When returning multiple units of Goods of proper quality, the cost of Bisery's service for the return delivery of Goods of proper quality is determined for each unit of Goods, including in the case of a one-time return to the Order Pickup Point or to a delivery service employee, or refusal of multiple units of Goods due to the expiration of the Goods' storage period at the Order Pickup Point or their failure to receive them on the day of door-to-door delivery.

9.5.5 The Consumer has the right to independently and at their own expense return Goods of proper quality to the Seller by any means agreed upon with the Seller. If the Consumer independently returns the Goods to the Seller, the funds for said Goods will be refunded directly by the Seller in a manner agreed upon between the Seller and the Consumer.

9.6 Refusal of defective goods upon receipt

9.6.1 If the Product is found to be of inadequate quality upon receipt and the Consumer refuses the Product, the Consumer must inform the Order Pickup Point employee or the delivery service employee of the reasons for the Consumer's refusal. In this case, the funds paid for the Product will be refunded in full to the Consumer within 10 (ten) days of the date of refusal of the defective Product and will be returned to the Consumer's bank card.

9.6.2 If the Consumer, when refusing the Goods, does not notify about the poor quality of the Goods, the Consumer is considered to have refused the Goods of proper quality with the consequences provided for in the clauses of this Offer.

9.7 Return of Goods of inadequate quality

9.7.1 If the quality of the Goods is found to be inadequate, the Consumer has the right to create an appeal to the Seller in the "Return of Defective Goods" section on the Trading Platform, attaching photo or video evidence of the inadequate quality.

9.7.2 The Consumer's request will be reviewed by the Seller within 10 days of the request. During the review process, the Seller reserves the right to request additional information from the Consumer, including written explanations, photographs, and video recordings.

9.8 Return of defective goods sold by Bisery

9.8.1 During the review of a report of defective Product quality, the Consumer may be offered the opportunity to have the Product independently diagnosed by an expert organization in order to confirm the defective Product quality. Such an offer does not constitute a refusal to verify the Product's quality.

9.8.2 If the defective quality of the Product is confirmed, the Consumer will be notified of this via the Personal Account, after which the Consumer may be asked to return the defective Product by handing it over to the Order Pickup Point where the Product was purchased, or to a delivery service employee.

9.8.3 If Bisery confirms the defective quality of a defective product, the full amount will be refunded to the Consumer within 10 days of the Consumer's contact with Bisery. Refunds will be credited to the Consumer's bank card.

9.8.4 Funds used to cover the cost of product diagnostics at an expert organization, if the Consumer requires a fee for such diagnostics and a free product diagnostic is not available, will be refunded in full within 10 days of the Consumer's contact with Bisery. Refunds will be returned to the Consumer's bank card.

9.9 Return of defective goods sold by someone other than Bisery

9.10 The responsibility for checking the quality of the Product lies directly with the Seller. Bisery does not check the quality of Products for which it is not the Seller and is not responsible for the procedure, timing, or results of such checking.

9.10.1 The Seller and the Consumer independently determine the procedure, terms and method of refunding funds and compensating for other losses, as well as the method of returning the defective Goods to the Seller, through the services of the Trading Platform.

9.10.2 All claims regarding the procedure, timing, and results of quality inspections for Products sold by someone other than Bisery are submitted directly to the Seller. Bisery is not a party to the legal relationship between the Seller and the Consumer.

9.11 Grounds for refusal to return Goods of proper quality:

 In the event that damage, contamination, the absence of a complete set, as well as other violations of the external and internal condition of the Product are detected on the Product, which were not reported by the Consumer upon receipt of the Product at the Order Pick-up Point or to the delivery service employee.

– If the Product has individually defined characteristics.

– In case of violation of the deadline for returning the Goods of proper quality.
