Bisery Terms of Use

By joining the Bisery community, you agree to abide by these Terms of Use. By opening a store, you commit to upholding the principles of honesty, quality, and respect for customers and fellow Bisery members.


1. Your store on Bisery


1.1. Store Management

  • A store is, figuratively speaking, your face, reflecting your style and reputation. How you present yourself determines your success:
  • Provide real information about yourself and the products you offer;
  • Comply with intellectual property laws;
  • Do not create multiple stores with the same products - duplication is prohibited;
  • Do not resort to inflated reviews, clicks or other forms of manipulation;
  • Do not conduct transactions outside of Bisery.


1.2. Confidentiality and data protection

You are obligated to maintain confidentiality with respect to your customers' personal data. Use it solely for order-related purposes. Any other use, such as for advertising, is permitted only with the buyer's express consent. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in restrictions or suspension of your store. 2. Products and content


2.1 Permitted categories

  • On Bisery you can sell products that you:
  • Created by hand;
  • Designed and manufactured;
  • Selected or collected (for example, vintage items or rare finds).

  • An honest description of the origin and method of creation;
  • Title and description in three languages: English, Armenian and Russian (the use of online translators is permitted);
  • Only original images and videos made by you;
  • Indication of the use of artificial intelligence in the creation of the product, if any.


2.2. Prohibited goods

  • The following items are not allowed on the site:
  • Services, digital subscriptions, fundraising or promotional codes;
  • Products that violate copyright and related rights;
  • Dropshipping and reselling products;
  • Gift certificates not issued by Bisery.


The platform reserves the right to remove such ads without refunding fees and to apply sanctions to accounts that violate the rules.


3. Communication and behavior


3.1. Messages

All communication in the Bisery messaging system must be constructive and order-related. The following is prohibited :

  • Sending advertisements, spam or offers not related to purchases;
  • Use threats and insults;
  • Offer the buyer to complete the transaction outside the site;
  • Interfere with the work of other participants.

All violations are recommended to be reported to the moderators.


3.2. Content

  • Any content you publish (texts, photos, videos, messages) must:
  • Be truthful and correct;
  • Do not contain discrimination, aggression or misleading statements;
  • Respect copyright;
  • Do not solicit transactions outside of Bisery.


4. Sales and service


4.1. Service Standards

Every seller is obliged to:

  • Fulfill orders within the established deadlines;
  • Respond promptly to customer messages;
  • Resolve controversial situations politely and directly;
  • Notify about the impossibility of fulfilling the order and refund funds in case of cancellation.

Bisery regularly evaluates its service quality. Consistent violations may result in penalties ranging from warnings to store blocking.


4.2. Commissions and fees

Bisery charges fees for:

  • Completed sales;
  • Advertising placement;
  • Use of paid features and services of the platform.


5. Feedback and Dispute Resolution


5.1. Customer Reviews

  • You can leave a review within 30 days after purchase;
  • The seller's response must be correct and not contain personal attacks;
  • Fake, custom-made, and unrelated reviews are prohibited.


5.2. Complaints and Disputes

If the buyer is unable to resolve the issue directly, they can file a complaint. The seller has 48 hours to respond and resolve the issue. If there is no response, Bisery reserves the right to intervene as a mediator and take action, including an automatic refund.


6. Account security and store rating

Bisery may temporarily limit or suspend your store's operations if:

  • Standards of quality or integrity are violated;
  • Suspicious activity detected;
  • There are well-founded complaints from customers;
  • There are violations of the general rules of the platform.
